"Honestly, the account security made me uneasy"
I don’t know... I really don’t feel that comfortable using Itemku anymore. The account security just feels kind of weak to me, and the whole login/reset process was confusing in a way that made me nervous. Since it involves money and game items, I expected it to feel a lot more secure, you know? Support also took a while to respond, which didn’t help at all. For now, I’m probably not using it again unless they improve this stuff

I’ve used itemku a few times, and to be fair, the buyer protection did its job when a seller was late. My money didn’t just magically vanish, which is apparently something we have to be grateful for these days. That said, the whole process was slow, and support definitely took their sweet time replying. So yeah, it works, just don’t expect anything too smooth or fast. 3 stars.

I was satisfied with the fraud checks because they made me feel like my account was actually being protected. The verification did take a little longer than I expected at times, but overall I felt safer using it.

"Tracking made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be"
The order tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept checking over and over like something had gone wrong. It felt like such a waste of energy just trying to figure out where my package was.

"Prices don’t feel as good as they used to"
I’ve used itemku a few times before it was okay. Nothing too complicated, transactions went fine, and I remember thinking, yeah, this is a decent place to buy stuff.
But lately when I check prices, I keep catching myself going, wait, isn’t this cheaper somewhere else? For some games, the same items were lower on other sites or even from direct sellers. Then once the fees are added, it kind of makes me pause and rethink the whole thing.
The site itself still works fine and it’s easy enough to use, so I’m not saying it’s bad. It’s just that if I’m mainly looking for the best price, I don’t think itemku is always the first place I’d go now.

"Bad first impression, the app is way too slow"
This app gave me a bad first impression. It keeps freezing every time I try to open chat or check my orders, and sometimes it just loads forever before randomly logging me out. I already tried updating it and clearing the cache, but nothing changed. It’s super annoying because I’m just trying to buy something quickly, not keep restarting the app over and over.

I don’t trust itemku like I used to. The whole experience made me feel left in the dark, like I wasn’t getting clear updates or any real reassurance about what was going on. It’s frustrating when you’re just waiting and unsure what to expect.

I had an issue with the seller and ended up opening a dispute. It took support a little while to sort it out, which was kind of annoying, but yeah, the refund did come through in the end. So not perfect, but it worked out okay.

The commission feels fair overall, but yeah, the fees do kind of add up sometimes. It’s not a huge deal, just something I notice here and there

"Promos are barely usable most of the time"
I’ve used itemku a few times over the past couple of months, mostly when I needed to buy something quickly, and the buying process itself has been okay. But every time I check out, the promo section kind of gets my hopes up for nothing.
At first, I thought I was just unlucky, but after trying again a few weeks later and then again recently, it was the same thing. The vouchers shown were either already used up, didn’t apply to the item I wanted, or had some minimum spend that wasn’t obvious until I tried using them.
So yeah, the site still works fine for purchases, but the promos don’t feel very useful most of the time. I just wish they would make the conditions clearer upfront and not show discounts that are basically impossible to use...

I don’t remember every little detail of the order, but I definitely remember not ordering what showed up. Somehow the delivery was the wrong item again, which was frustrating.

"Quick and easy, basically no thinking needed"
Bought some game credit on Itemku and it was super fast. Payment got confirmed quickly, and the credit came through not long after. My brain just went, "pay, wait a bit, done," and that was pretty much it. Smooth experience overall, no hassles.

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I had an issue with my order getting help was such a hassle. I messaged support thinking it would be a quick fix, or at least that someone would point me in the right direction, but I ended up waiting days just for a basic reply. And then after that, they kind of disappeared again, which made it even more frustrating because I was already stuck waiting around. I get that things can get busy, but the whole experience just felt really unhelpful and dragged out way more than it needed to.

"Site kept acting up when I needed it most"
I’ve had a frustrating time with itemku.com lately. I can’t say for sure if it was the site, my connection, or just bad timing, but pages were loading really slowly for me and I hit errors more than once. A couple of times my order status didn’t update for hours, which made me worry whether my payment or item was actually okay.
Support eventually replied, but it felt like it took too long when I was already sitting there refreshing and stressing out. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, and I don’t have proof that anything was actually unsafe, but based on what happened to me, I’m not really eager to use it again...

I tried reaching out through the seller chat and never got a reply. It’s frustrating because even a quick response would’ve made me feel like someone was actually paying attention. For me, communication is a big part of whether I trust a seller, and this experience didn’t really give me that...

The payment part was mostly fine, like it went through and wasn’t a big hassle. But it also wasn’t totally perfect either… kind of just okay overall.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I had an issue with my order and ended up asking for a refund. It did come through eventually, but... it took quite a while. I had to keep checking in for updates, which got a bit frustrating. Support did respond, but their first replies weren’t super clear. I got my money back in the end, so that’s good, but the whole process just didn’t feel very smooth.
